Technical Features

◎ Utilizes a track-mounted intelligent overhead crane robotic arm mode.

◎ Equipped with Φ160 electromagnets, each set of 3 can pick up 10-15KG steel balls. Each electromagnet has a weighing module above it, allowing individual calculation of the ball volume picked up each time.

◎ Allows for time-segmented, quantitative ball addition.

◎ Ball addition can be based on the ore feed rate, automatically added according to the ball consumption ratio per ton of ore, or adjusted according to the ball mill's power.

◎ Ball addition accuracy: ±1%.

◎ Records ball addition workload: daily, monthly, yearly, total, and shift data, generating data in spreadsheets and sending it to the central control system.

◎ Equipped with dual robotic arms, one in operation and one on standby, featuring self-diagnosis of robotic arm malfunctions and automatic activation of the standby robotic arm when conditions permit.

◎ With network connectivity, it supports remote monitoring. Users can view the ball-adding machine status, modify ball-adding parameters, and receive abnormal equipment information or fault alarms via a mobile app or WeChat mini-program.

◎ It features remote communication capabilities, enabling ball-adding data sharing and configuration integration with the central control system.

◎ Parameter setting and retrieval utilize a high-reliability touchscreen display. All parameters are configurable, including output display and zeroing settings.

◎ The touchscreen indicates the specific location of the fault.
